phpMyBackup Pro is designed for backup or restore MySQL databases. You can manually select database or tables for backup. The backup file(s) can be transferred to a FTP server, and with an email notification. All backup files are dated, restoring a MySQL database is just as simple as one click.

可以遠端備份與還原，十分的方便，而且執行速度十分快，比 phpMyAdmin 的還原快多了，如果純粹是要備份還原，可以試試這一套軟體。
