OpenKM is an Open Source Document Management System (DMS), written in JAVA. You can use this system to manage all files in your enterprise, it can manage multiple version of any single file, perform file search in terms of file name, description, keywords and even the content (suitable for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc). You can also set the permission rights for each file, preventing unauthorized download or update.
