Moinmoin is a python-based wiki engine, you can create a web site like wikipedia.org. Wiki styled web site allows many users to create new pages, or edit existing pages easily. Moinmoin does not use database to store data, it is a pure file-based application. It can run on Windows, Linux/BSD/UNIX, or OS X platform. It supports multiple languages, and many plug-ins are readily available (e.g. Freemind, GraphViz, etc)
